End User Test:

For the end user test, you will be an end user of our address quality service. Your objective is to read about us on our web site as well as the application help that is available on each page, then submit this address list that you can download from http://duoshare.com/downloads/PSRJCBTX_JABPRBTX_BPPAPRL_FOR_PUBLIC.zip and use the address quality services. While you are using the site, write down your comments about your experience, including any trouble you encountered and any solutions you came up with. Also, feel free to email DuoShare with any questions along the way.

If what you are supposed to do and the steps you are supposed to take are not clear based upon reading the website and the application help, we'd like to know where we can fill in the gaps to take you from your current knowledge point all the way to being a happy end user and knowing what the heck you're supposed to be doing. While we are polishing the application, we still have knowledge gaps we need to bridge to take an end user through the process.
