A graduate of Hendrix College (Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business with an emphasis in Accounting), Mr. Buck began his career with Arthur Andersen and in 1992 created Vision Consulting Corporation, together spending 12 years as a CPA, Business Process Consultant, Database Development Consultant, and Accounting Software Consultant. Overall, his firm supported over 60 clients in 23 states. He is a former member of Pervasive Software Advisory Board (NASDAQ:PVSW). Prior to joining Mr. Harvanek and starting DuoShare, Mr. Buck was a consultant for CommSouth Companies, the telecom startup that Mr. Harvanek owned. During his three and a half year engagement, Mr. Buck designed/created 63 line-of-business applications and office procedures for that company, which consisted of customer service, customer billing, document imaging, interactive voice response, taxation, financial reporting, sales tax reporting, carrier auditing, accounts receivable, customer collections, agent collections, agent commissions and carrier integration. In addition to architecting DuoShare solutions, working with customers and writing code, Mr. Buck leads the DuoShare development team and manages the daily operations of DuoShare.

Michael is DuoShare's Manager of Postal Products and Services. Prior to DuoShare, he did similar work for several different application service providers. He is married, has a 2-year old daughter and enjoys technology, camping, skiing, and barbecue.

Mr. Harvanek is a lifelong student of retail, repair, and delivery logistics. A voracious consumer of technology, Mr. Harvanek is a tireless communicator, and has extraordinary abilities when it comes to creating positive, extremely loyal customer, vendor, and employee relationships. His unique experience and keen abilities to see through the clouds of business development and investment, pricing, advertising and marketing, and purchasing bring enormous benefit to The Management Team of DuoShare. His hands-on style and love of technology and brainstorming are key to the company's success. Throughout his career, many of his business processes and marketing techniques have been copied by his competitors. While the competitive copying is flattering and somewhat successful, the real knowledge--the values and judgements behind the decisions--remain with the creator. So, as competitive and market dynamics change, his competitors often remain many steps behind. Mr. Harvanek was one of three partners in a highly successful telecom startup that amassed $100 million in annual revenue, $1 million in annual profit, and sold for $75 million in only 4 years with zero debt. He designed the marketing campaigns, call center and telecommunications infrastructure, handled most business negotiations, and was responsible for the company's ongoing operations. Today, Mr. Harvanek's hobbies and interests form the basis of his investment ventures.

Mrs. Munchrath has worked with Mr. Harvanek for over 25 years and Mr. Buck for over 10 years. Her trustworthiness and diligence have formed the cornerstone of her contributions to the steady management of DuoShare in the areas of accounting, payroll, human resources, and office management. Mrs. Munchrath began her career after her children were grown and continues her lifelong interests of devoting time to family and friends, church and her husband. Loyalty, compassion, a positive attitude and a sense of humor are the attributes that make interacting with Mrs. Munchrath a joy.
